Nutrition, it is a common word we hear and use concerning food intake and exercise, but what is nutrition? The common definition of nutrition is that Nutrition is the study of nutrients in food, how the body uses nutrients, and the relationship between diet, health, and disease.

Major food manufacturers employ nutritionists and food scientists.
Nutritionists may also work in journalism, education, and research. Many nutritionists work in the field of food science and technology.
There are a lot of overlap between what nutritionists and dietitians do and study. Some nutritionists work in a healthcare setting, some dietitians work in the food industry, but a higher percentage of nutritionists work in the food industry and in food science and technology, and a higher percentage of dietitians work in healthcare, corporate wellness, research, and education.

Nutrition also focuses on how to cure or prevent diseases, in short, nutrition helps in aiding our body, yet we disregard it, even though it provides our body a lot of benefits.
People often eat unhealthy and in return, they decrease their nutrition and make themselves prone to diseases and complain afterwards. How can we increase our nutrition rate? It is very simple yet hard for most people who are picky, you should consume a huge variety of food, cause not all the nutrients and other substances in foods that contribute to good health have been identified, so eating a wide assortment of foods helps ensure that you get all of the disease-fighting potential that all foods offer. You can also decrease your food intake or limit your food intake, sure eating healthy foods can help in your nutrition, but moderation is the key and to prevent being overweight.
Knowing these, doesn't it make farmers important?, they plant various foods with nutritional value that we need to prevent diseases and maintain an energetic lifestyle.So how about planting ourselves? That way, we can grow our own nutritious foods and have a healthier intake, so we can live a longer life and decrease the chance of obtaining diseases that come with eating and living unhealthy.

So we should remember that nutrition keeps us from suffering multiple diseases, and eating various healthy foods help in our nutrition and that practicing to grow our own healthy foods can help in all these overall.
