Dear Mr. President,

I am a 10th grade student, studying at Ilocos Sur National High School in Vigan City. i live currently in Poblacion Sta. Catalina Ilocos Sur. This letter is about the poverty people are facing in the country.

I am not writing to you in regards on my own financial status, rather I'd like to talk about the people forced to sleep in the streets and are broke. i know this shouldn't be constantly blamed on the government cause you did not have part in the suffering of these people, this is more of the effect of irresponsible parenting, but i can't help but write about this topic to to you.

Soon after you became President, you worked hard to eradicate a problem going on for years now, however, why didn't you focus on helping the people in the streets just as much as you killed humans for drug usage? You should be aware that drug pushing is a product of poverty, but again, You shouldn't be blamed for every problem like this. In truth, The Philippines offer quite the handful of jobs, it's just that the people are picky and would rather sit by the streets and pan handle, instead of working with a job requiring physical activities and sweat in the middle of the heat.

I just ask that you produce jobs fitting people who cannot handle physical jobs or "blue collar jobs", to help aid in the lives of most people who are experiencing poverty.

Thank you for your time

Respectfully,
Fernando Miguel Rabino
